Lost/Damaged Packages

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, held, or damaged packages as soon as they leave our fulfilment centre. We are also not responsible for any delivery errors that may occur via carrier.

By purchasing from our website, the customer agrees and understands that any lost or damaged packages that leave our fulfilment centre become the responsibility of the customer and the respective third-party carrier.

Although we do provide free worldwide shipping, we are not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong mailing address as a result of a customer-related input error during checkout.
